The base of the mirror is made of silver. Such amalgam reflects well and is durable, unlike aluminum amalgam, which develops dark spots over time. The thickness of the mirror is 4 mm. Even over the years, it does not deform, and the reflection remains clear. The smoothly polished edge protects all layers of the coating, helping to avoid the appearance of cracks.
For creating frontal illumination, the mirror undergoes sandblasting. To protect the emulsions of the mirror canvas, a film is used, which simultaneously functions to hold the mirror fragments in case of accidental breakage.
The product can be used in the bathroom and other rooms with high humidity. The frame is treated with moisture-repellent oil wax, which carefully penetrates through the pores, saturates the wood fibers, and forms a protective coating. After such treatment, the wood retains its natural beauty and strength for a long time, remaining protected from external influences.
The glass canvas has a multilayer coating, with the first layer being reflective, the second providing protection and fixation, and the third safeguarding the two previous layers from external negative effects, both mechanical and climatic.
